Dear Colleagues in the Arts,

The staff and Board of the Directors wish to thank you for helping the Lehigh Valley Arts Council become the flagship organization for the promotion of arts awareness and value to the community.

As people who love and live the arts, we understand that the everyday work of art is about process—and the joy it brings to the artist, arts administrator, and audience member alike. Each contributes something essential to the arts experience.

The first tenet of our mission is “to promote the arts," and your Arts Council does so in the public interest with all due respect for the joy of creation. The Arts Council turns 21 in 2010 and we can all take pride in the accomplishments we have nurtured together.
