In the Lehigh Valley, the Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts (PPA) Project Stream is a grant opportunity drawing nearly 50 submissions every year.

The PPA Project Stream is a statewide arts grant opportunity. The Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, administers this program, please see their website for details.

Designed as an annual opportunity, applicants may apply to the PPA Project Stream for a grant up to $2,500 to help them produce an innovative, community-based arts activity. Reaching underserved communities is a major goal of the grant opportunity. Only third year grant recipients are required to match a grant award.

Who can apply?

Individuals, community groups, and nonprofit organizations. You do not need to be a 501c3 organization to apply. Also, this is not a fellowship grant or designed to solely promote any individual artist’s work.

Entry to Program Stream is a new funding opportunity that aims to provide valuable access to funding for small arts organizations and programs across the commonwealth. Application guidelines will be available in the fall of 2021. The application deadline will be February 15, 2022.
