The Lehigh Valley Arts Council initiated a public sculpture series in 2007 to “promote the arts in artful ways.”
Working with regional partners, such as the Lehigh Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau and the
Lehigh Valley International Airport, the Arts Council contracted local artists to create individual sculptures
that celebrate the arts and also serve as displays for arts and cultural promotional materials.
Currently, there are four sculptures that inhabit public spaces in the Lehigh Valley.
